It was organized under the laws of the state of Oklahoma for charitable, scientific and educational purposes and specifically to engage in the delivery of health-care services and related activities. In 1995, INTEGRIS Health merged with Southwest Medical Center, an acute-care hospital in southwest Oklahoma City. Each of these organizations brings a rich history of serving Oklahomans.
