The entire Garden Communities division owns and manages more than 60,000 apartment units across 30+ states and adds more than 2,500 per year through acquisitions, ground up development and construction. Located at the corner of Washington and Park Avenues in Minneapolis is 240 Park Avenue, a 17-story, 204-unit mixed-use apartment building.
