Today, American National University has developed into a master`s-level career college offering more than 45 academic programs through 31 community-based campuses in six states. A burgeoning online program serves a growing number of students, while thousands of international students have turned to National for both academic degree programs and English as a Second Language (ESL) instruction. The college`s reputation for excellence has been affirmed through numerous awards and acknowledgments; including awards for grassroots student advocacy (Association for Private Sector Colleges & Universities TOPS Award, 2012), support for veterans (Top 15% Military Friendly School, 2010-2014), and a Lifetime Achievement Award (Imagine America Foundation, 2012) recognizing American National University President Frank Longaker`s 40 years of service to the career college sector - to name just a few. In an effort to recognize the college`s continuous history of adapting to change in the worldwide economy and provide a vision for our anticipated development to carry us to our 200th anniversary in 2086, we introduce our theme of ""Evolution 2086."" Evolution 2086 guides our development to continue meeting the workforce needs for the 21st century and beyond. CSU is the only Ohio university in the top tier of the Brookings list. U.S News & World Report consistently lists CSU among Americas Best Colleges and Universities. For the 2017-2018 academic year, CSU welcomed the largest freshman class in its history, with 2,000 first-year students. CSU`s student-success initiatives save time and money for students. The average CSU graduate`s debt is nearly $2,000 below the state average, and CSU`s average student debt per borrower is the second lowest among Ohio public universities. Engaged Learning connects CSU students with 3,000 co-ops, internships and other experiential learning opportunities with employers in virtually every industry, ensuing they graduate fully prepared to succeed in their chosen professions. CSU recently was ranked No. 1 in the nation for increases in research expenditures, according to the National Science Foundation. Our dynamic campus in the heart of downtown Cleveland continues to evolve. In early 2018, we opened a striking addition to CSU`s Washkewicz College of Engineering. In the fall of 2018, we will unveil CSUs new School of Film & Media Arts – the only standalone film school in Ohio – located on the top floor of the Idea Center at Playhouse Square. CSU has strengthened its ties to Cleveland through a series of forward-thinking partnerships. Campus International School and MC2STEM High School provide pathways to college for young people, by way of the Education Park that CSU has created with the Cleveland Metropolitan School District. CSU serves unmet health-care needs in our community through the Partnership for Urban Health. CSU has teamed up with Case Western Reserve University to lead the way in evolving the internet of things.
Marked by more than a century of tradition since its founding by Booker T. Washington in 1881, Tuskegee University is known not only for being among the nation`s premier historically black colleges and universities (HBCUs), but for its openness to all. An independent and state-related institution of higher education, TU is Alabama`s only private land-grant university. Its programs serve a student body numbering more than 3,000 students that is coeducational as well as racially, ethnically and religiously diverse. With a strong orientation toward disciplines that highlight the relationship between education and workforce preparation in the sciences, professions and technical areas, Tuskegee University also emphasizes the importance of the liberal arts as a foundation for successful careers in all areas. Academic instruction occurs in five colleges and three schools: the Andrew F. Brimmer College of Business & Information Science; College of Agriculture, Environment & Nutrition Sciences; College of Arts & Sciences; College of Engineering; College of Veterinary Medicine; Robert R.
