The HR M&A Director will bring operational expertise to drive Lending Club`s HR acquisition strategy. This individual will build and lead integration project plans to support a successful acquisition and integration. The person will shape the overall integration strategy within the HR team and will be a Lending Club ambassador for acquired employees to support a successful onboarding experience. The HR M&A Director will also act as an HR Business Partner, supporting the acquired team and Lending Club`s HR team.
Responsibilities:
M&A Project Activities
Support the M&A team leading HR due diligence, integration planning and execution.
Develop and execute detailed HR integration workplans to support successful completion of all HR acquisition milestones and activities (from due diligence to Day 1 planning to post-merger process improvement).
Own and manage acquired employee data through all phases of integration.
Leads HR functional experts and other team members to fully transition employees, programs, and policies to Lending Club HR internal standards.
Manage infrastructure support for the M&A team, including integration playbook, reporting and other key tools.
Partner with a virtual and extended team to ensure integration plans are delivered consistently across the globe and in compliance with region and local processes and policies.
HR Business Partner Activities
Partner with the HRBPs and senior organization leaders to help drive the strategic vision for their teams.
Provide advice and counsel to managers and employees on performance related issues, including succession planning, development and performance improvement.
Leverage deep business acumen to identify and respond to trends in the business that may impact talent initiatives.
Effectively build collaborative partnerships with cross-functional partners across the organization.
Keep a pulse on the employees in the organization to ensure we are delivering excellence in the employee experience through engagement and development.
