Empower Schools partners with communities to help them get the schools they want with the results students need. We focus on powerful schools that have the flexibilities they need to effectively prepare students, and the educators with the skills to use those freedoms well. Our current staff has a combined experience of over 100 years experience in the child caring and educational field. We offer a wide range of educational and care programs for children of all ages; from infants to school age children. We hope to extend our developmental programs and curriculum as well as providing top-notch training and professional development for our teachers. We run rapid training and upskilling programs designed to help participants quickly get jobs in a growing industries. All of our programs are built with employers and industry partners and provide ongoing job search support. We work with academic institutions, researchers and other non-profits to identify in-demand skilling areas, build upskilling curriculum, launch pilot programs and scale existing programs.
