This position is responsible for developing strategy, operating procedures and managing day to day execution. He/she will directly work with and support business partners in Human Resources and Finance, and work across peer groups inside and outside of IT to drive operational excellence. The Global IT Finance, HR and Business Intelligence Leader is a strategic thinker, thought leader, motivated self-starter and inspiring leader. He/she will lead a diverse team and be responsible for Global Strategy. This is a hands-on role. Expectations include:
• Develop, deploy, maintain, and enhance Financial, Human Resource, and Business Intelligence Solutions
• Develop and manage multigenerational roadmap for all assigned application portfolios globally
• Develop detailed cost analysis and strategy for all assigned application portfolios
• Act as the key thought leader and strategist for Finance systems (SAP and Hyperion)
• Develop strategy and implement a Global Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence solution
• Recruit and hire top talent. Coach, mentor and develop talent in the organization
Act as the key liaison for all financial, human resource, and business intelligence needs, work directly with business partners to develop roadmap and vision
• Develop and maintain Key metrics for applications in your assigned portfolio (Program delivery, Budget, tool performance, SLA’s, Customer satisfaction, etc.)
