The PAISBOA Health Benefit Trust (HBT) is a consortium of independent schools, colleges, and universities within the state of Pennsylvania. The PAISBOA HBT is a self-funded entity, organized as a Multiple Employer Welfare Association (MEWA). We serve as part-time or full-time interim CFOs, or work on a project basis to find solutions during periods of transition or critical need.
