When Jennifer Borislow founded BI in 1982 she was determined to create an agency with a total focus on the client. She began with the premise that service must be provided with a personal touch. More than 30 years later, the company has never strayed from that core value which has evolved in to the cultural norm we now call a passion for service. Seizing on an opportunity to truly differentiate the company in the marketplace, Jennifer joined forces with another renowned industry thought leader, Mark S. Gaunya, who joined BI as a Principal Partner in 2005. Mark brought over 25 years of experience in employee benefits and the healthcare industry and an energetic, entrepreneurial spirit. BI has continued to expand and innovate, due in no small part to an extraordinary synergy between its two principal partners and the quality of the expert team they have assembled. Today, BI is a leading employee benefits agency, serving clients in many states across a wide variety of industries. They also volunteer their time to speak on a broad range of topics nationally and internationally.
