Genea also provides an Automated Submeter Reading solution for buildings with submeters for above standard equipment and/or monitoring excessive plug loads. Through a direct EMS connection, our software automatically reads submeters every 15 minutes allowing building managers to capture actual energy rates versus flat rate assumptions. Genea’s software integrates with existing pulse and data meters and automatically generates an itemized meter invoice each month.
