Deep-South Resources Inc. is a mineral exploration company largely held by Namibian shareholders and Management with 25% and Teck Resources Ltd with 28% of Deep-South share capital. The deposit host an indicated and inferred resources totaling 5.2 billion lbs of copper. Recent metallurgical test work have resulted in copper recoveries between 90% Cu and 96% Cu. Deep-South and Midas Engineering (METS) of Australia is currently completing an updated Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA).
