KGHM International Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A., is based in Vancouver, British Columbia. KGHM International’s operating assets (held through its subsidiary companies) include one mine in Canada, two in the United States, and two in Chile (one of which is a joint venture with a third party). KGHM International also owns a mining contracting business, which is active in Canada and the United States, as well as mine development projects in Canada and Chile.
