KCTS Television was renamed Cascade Public Media in January, 2016 to reflect the organization’s broader public media focus across television, online and mobile platforms. Cascade Public Media now operates KCTS 9, Crosscut.com, What’s Good 206 and the Channel 9 Corporation, a for-profit entity established to facilitate retail operations.
