Your key accountabilities:
• Act as Fearless problem solver
• Manage the delivery of proactive HR business partnerships and functions to our business groups
• Manage and developed the HR Business Partners to strategically transform the HR organization from a transactional and operational function to a more strategic business centric people function
• Partners with Senior Leadership to understand current and emerging business issues, and to determine people and business strategies that will enable the growth and expansion of the company.
• Collaborate with the HR team in the US, and our international HR divisions to implement HR and business unit projects and initiatives that collectively further business priorities and business-impacting HR agenda.
• Provide leadership and support of consistent application of HR policies and initiatives across business groups.
• Oversees the functional HR initiatives including organizational development, talent management, performance management, compliance activities, sourcing and compensation.
• Coach and provide guidance to the HR team to develop their ability to lead, inspire, and influence the business to achieve the best possible results.

Your background includes:
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive Human Resources experience in a leadership capacity, working in professional fast paced environments, supporting multiple business groups.
• Demonstrated experience devising and executing on strategies related to key functional areas such as employee relations, compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, performance management, and talent management.
• Well-developed experience employing analytical and strategic planning skills, and use of effective research and due diligence skills, as well as ability to use sound judgment and maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, and ability to communicate with a variety of audiences.
• Strong leadership, analytical, project/time management and organizational skills, and ability to work both collaboratively and independently while effectively managing multiple initiatives of varying complexities and competing priorities, to meet deadlines while working well under pressure.
• Post-Secondary education in business, human resources or a related field.
• Graduate studies and Professional HR Designation such as CHRL, CHRE and/or SPHR are considered an asset.
