The Judicial Conduct Board is the state agency responsible by constitutional mandate for investigating complaints of misconduct against judges of Pennsylvania`s unified judicial system and, where appropriate, filing formal charges against those judges found to have engaged in unethical behavior. The members and staff of the Judicial Conduct Board take their duties to the citizens and Judiciary of Pennsylvania very seriously.
