With a student population of approximately 5320, Penn Manor School District is recognized as one of the largest school districts in Lancaster County. The district spans over 100 rural square miles to the east of the Susquehanna River. Penn Manor School District encompasses five political entities: Millersville Borough, and Conestoga, Martic, Manor, and Pequea Townships with a community population of approximately 32,000. Penn Manor School District occupies seven elementary buildings, two middle schools, and one high school. Nestled in Millersville Borough, Penn Manor High School is located beside the campus of Millersville University. Penn Manor School District is a three-layer district with instruction organized into an elementary division, middle level division, and high school division. The two middle schools serve Grades 7 and 8 and utilize a team approach designed around a team of core teachers for math, English, reading, social studies, and science.
