Visual Storage Intelligence was founded in 2010 as a subsidiary of Clear Technologies, a traditional IT infrastructure reseller of storage and computing solutions. At the time, most clients managed their storage with either storage resource management (SRM) software or Excel spreadsheets and manual processes. SRM software products are wildly expensive and take significant time and effort to deploy and administer. On the other hand, the manual spreadsheet approach is even more time-intensive. With Visual Storage Intelligence, we launched an easy-to-use Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) that gives clients the insights that they need without the cost and complexity of traditional SRM products or the manual intensive approach of spreadsheets.
Our mission is to help companies spend less time analyzing and more time implementing. We do so through delivering what business teams need from their data- actionable insights, not more dashboard reports. With DataScience, customers plug raw data into proprietary technologies, ask questions to an on-demand team of data experts, and have actionable insights delivered through a collaborative web application.
