Mr. Skidmore served as Finance Director of PHS Group Holdings Limited from October 2002 to December 7, 2012. He served as Company Secretary of PHS Group Holdings Limited since until December 07,2012. He serves as Secretary of PHS Group plc. He served as Finance Director of PHS Group plc since October 1, 2002. He joined PHS as Financial Controller for six years. Before joining PHS Group PLC in 1996, Mr. Skidmore was an audit manager with Deloitte & Touche, where he had previously qualified as a Chartered Accountant. He was previously an accountant with Deloitte & Touche from 1989 to 1995. He has been a Director of PHS Group plc since October 1, 2002. He served as a Director of Waterlogic Plc from June 17, 2013 to October 2013. Mr. Skidmore served as a Director of PHS Group Holdings Limited from October 2002 to December 7, 2012.
