Here are some ways we set ourselves apart: 1. We are a winery located in Illinois! Our winery produces over fifty varieties of wine, which we serve and sell throughout our restaurants. We use only fresh, peak-of-season ingredients in our scratch kitchen and our team members focus on quality, consistency and flavor. 4. Since we opened our doors in Orland Park Illinois in 2005, Cooper’s Hawk has received over 250 wine awards and accolades. Over the past few years, Nation’s Restaurant News has deemed us ‘Breakout Brand 2013’ and ‘Hot Concept 2010’. Last year, our Asian Pork Belly Tostadas won the prestigious ‘Menu Trendsetter’ in Menu Masters Awards.
