Louisiana businesses benefit as well, with more than five percent of revenue paid to nearly 3,000 retailers that sell our tickets. Just six percent of revenue is retained to operate the Lottery, which is totally self-funded. The Louisiana Lottery offers about 30 different scratch-off games at any given time with prices of $1, $2, $3, $5 and $10. In addition, the Lottery offers six draw-style games, including the multistate, multimillion-dollar jackpot games Powerball and Mega Millions. State-based games include Lotto with a starting jackpot of $250,000 and Easy 5, with a starting jackpot of $50,000. Daily draw games include Pick 3 and Pick 4.
