Bigelow is the M + A Advisor exclusively for owners of high-performing private companies — Entrepreneur Owner-Managers with their skin in the game. Our scrappy boutique firm behaves as one collaborative team. Leveraging our independence and exclusive EOM focus, we have helped hundreds of clients build and capture Enterprise Value while respecting their values, their legacy and the intersection of their professional and personal goals. Frequently our work with clients goes on for years in advance of a wealth-building transaction. Unlike virtually all of the firms with which we compete, we are independently owned. We have only one source of revenue — our Entrepreneur Owner-Manager clients. No referral fees. No investing, trading, lending, or underwriting. No buy-side advisory. No products to sell. No conflicts. We aspire to be completely aligned with achieving our clients potential, striving endlessly to be masters of our craft.
The Odessa Roughnecks is a professional indoor football team based in Odessa, Texas. The teams nickname is a tribute to the oil industry, which has been the source of Odessas wealth over the past century. The team began operations in 2004 as a charter member of the Intense Football League. In 2005, the Intense Football League merged with the National Indoor Football League. For the 2006 season, the Intense Football League was resurrected, and the Odessa Roughnecks returned to their original league. In 2008 the Intense Football League merged again, this time with United Indoor Football to create the Indoor Football League. The team plays its home games at the Ector County Coliseum in Odessa. The teams founder and owner was Tommy Benizio until he resigned to become the IFLs commissioner. In September 2008, the Roughnecks were purchased by the ownership group Allegiance Pro Sports, Inc., led by President & CEO Brandon Smith, a Odessa native, local business owner and 1991 graduate of Odessa High School. The Roughnecks are coached by Chris Williams (former head coach of the Tennessee Valley Vipers of the af2 and was the Roughnecks first head coach). The 2009 season will be Coach Williamss sixth season with the Roughnecks. The Roughnecks won its first championship in 2006 at Intense Bowl 2, beating the Corpus Christi Hammerheads by a score of 97-56, which was an Intense Football League record for most points scored by one team in a game. The team finished with an overall record of 14-2.

NFW is a circularity platform for plastic-free performance materials. NFW follows three Ground Rules in everything we develop: start well, stay clean, end well. While nearly everything in the built world relies on some type of plastic that began as crude oil and that will become plastic pollution, we are establishing a new material reality. We believe all materials should begin and end as nutrients, ready for the next growth cycle—true circularity. Our multi-material platform serves a wide range of industries—from fashion and footwear to automotive and upholstery. NFW technology embeds seamlessly into existing supply chains, enabling the worlds most iconic brands to design and scale products with high-performance, plastic-free materials. NFW makes global brands more sustainable, empowering them to create without plastics. Alongside the boldest brands and visionary designers, we are pioneering a naturally circular, post-oil economy.
