Discover is an industry recognized computerized operating system, daily customer satisfaction monitoring and a revolutionary customer risk evaluation system.
Today, we’re headquartered in Carmel, Indiana; just outside Indianapolis. Our business model has attracted some of the industry’s brightest and most innovative executives.
There are close to 160 J.D. Byrider branch locations across the nation, owned by either franchisees or the company. We`ve sold over 1 million vehicles since opening. Every month, more than 5,000 people—many of them repeat customers or referrals—come into our branches and trust us with their business.
