We are Idaho elementary and secondary teachers, education support professionals, school administrators, retired educators, and students. The Idaho Education Association is the state’s largest professional employee organization. There is a IEA member in virtually every school building across the state working together for the good of our students and for our profession. We are the Idaho affiliate of the National Education Association, with over 3.2 million members strong across the country. Most IEA members work in Idaho’s schools; some are retired after careers in education, or they are students planning a career in Idaho’s schools. IEA members are actively involved in their communities, inside and out of school. The IEA Children\’s Fund has provided nearly $1 million in assistance to Idaho public school children and their families who face extraordinary needs for clothing, medical care, groceries, and other life necessities.
The Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) is a community of marketing and business development professionals working to secure profitable business relationships for their A/E/C companies. The Society and its chapters benefit from the support of 3,700 design and building firms, encompassing 80% of the Engineering News–Record Top 500 Design Firms and Top 400 Contractors.
