The story of Control Solutions, now a partner with ADAMA Consumer & Professional Solutions, began in 1958 when the Boyd family purchased a small Pasadena, Texas pest control company. Before long, Ford`s Pest Control grew to become Ford`s Chemical and Service in 1976. Later, in 1985, Control Solutions, Inc. (CSI) was created to distribute Ford`s products to the professional and consumer markets. Ford`s success and growth in formulating PCO, Animal Health and Consumer products drew the attention of Roussel Bio Corporation, which acquired Ford`s in 1989. Control Solutions continued as a family owned business and built on to the commitment of serving the professional pest control and retail markets after the Ford`s sale to Roussel. Since that time, CSI has added product lines for the Industrial, Lawn and Garden, Animal Health and Biocide markets, and is working with 80 + distributors serving those markets. Control Solutions maintains relationships with chemical manufacturers worldwide and maintains a ready supply of products in numerous distribution warehouses across the U.S. Today our partnership with ADAMA (www.adama.com) multiplies Control Solutions` agility in continuously adding new products to meet the needs of professionals and homeowners.
