Responsibilities:
• Build a marketing plan and implement key marketing, sales, and customer service programs to acquire and maximize the client base and gain sustainable revenue by including creative ways to introduce customers to the differentiated products and services unique to i-payout
• Identify and establish short and long term plans and strategies for all marketing related activities
• Work closely with key departments (e.g. – operations and finance) to implement and evaluate effective marketing and sales programs
• Lead the production and distribution of marketing communication via direct mail and email
• Provide leadership to CRM initiatives and manage the quality and content of customer data
• Evaluate trends and spearhead enhancements
• Provide leadership to all marketing and sales efforts, including the branding and communication associated with new product and service launches
• Motivate and retain a team to support the growth of the strategic marketing function
• Develop & manage a marketing budget to support the business objectives and the marketing strategy
• Conduct competitive analysis and market intelligence research to evaluate product and market development opportunities, pricing, promotions, advertising, communications, revenue retention, growth and translating research findings into actionable tasks
• Provide oversight to the strategic direction of revenue generation initiatives, demand generation, brand marketing, and corporate communication including public relations and corporate social responsibility
• Promote sales growth and customer satisfaction by creating a culture of accountability for both short-term success and long-term strategy
• Manage brand marketing and enhancement to include corporate positioning, market and competitive analysis, customer segmentation, retention and penetration plans, and channel delivery strategies including digital
• Develop the brand utilizing digital, social media, and traditional techniques
• Mitigate risk in all business activities by utilizing business analytics, data mining and data analysis to make sound business decisions
• Manage all corporate communications and public relations to ensure that the content achieves the desired effect and minimizes the propensity for adversity. Develop and execute Corporate Social Responsibility program

• Must have at least 10 years of marketing or business development experience in positions of increasing responsibility within the financial industry - with a focus on marketing expansion - as well as three to five years of experience in a leadership role
