INFLIGHT WARNING SYSTEMS was formed in 2002 specifically for the purpose of developing a line of bearing vibration monitors for use in commercial aircraft. Flight diversions resulting from smoke in the cockpit and cabin caused by fan failure has become a significant problem in flight operations. IWS has worked closely with airline customers to develop a successful product line, and has delivered over 4000 units worldwide.
