We wanted to explore potential career transitions by speaking with peers who had relevant experience, but found it difficult to find these people. So, we decided to build a community that people could join to signal that they’re open to sharing career experiences over coffee. Treatings is the professional networking equivalent of online dating sites, a place where people can go to meet peers outside their network.
