 The Centre for Change and Innovation has been established to provide NHS staff with practical support and expertise to improve patient care. Change and innovation is nothing new in the NHS. Indeed it is a constant feature of the work of staff throughout the service. Our role is to bring a stronger focus to bear on improvements and to help staff learn from each other. Our main aims are to: Drive change in specific priority areas Spread good practice Address weak practice Support improvement in practice Research good practice.
