The company aims to promote Zero-Emission Vehicle (ZEV) adoption by creating a nationwide network of ultra-fast and convenient EV charging stations. As of August 2024, Electrify America operates over 950 charging stations with more than 4,250 DC fast charging connectors, making it the largest open DC fast-charging network in the country. The company focuses on providing reliable and accessible hyper-fast charging solutions, supporting multiple connector types, including CCS and CHAdeMO, with plans to add Tesla’s North American Charging Standard (NACS) connectors in 2025. First branch of Banka Kombëtare Tregtare was established in Durrës on 29 November 1925, in the historical building where todays BKT Durrës Branch is situated. This building actually represents the oldest Albanian financial institution in the country. Banka Kombëtare Tregtare (BKT), with todays name, was established in January 1993, after the merging of the Albanian Commercial Bank (ACB) and the National Bank of Albania (NBA). The NBA on the other hand was established in 1992 as a result of a second sub-division of the State Bank of Albania. The NBA was set up to manage the domestic trading activity of the State-owned entities. The assets and liabilities from the activities of these two entities were transferred to BKT accounts since it was first established. Banka Kombëtare Tregtare was established as a Joint Stock Company in July 1997, with assets reaching ALL 2.7 billion. In February 2003, with the decision of the Shareholders General Meeting, the paid-up capital reached the amount of US$ 14, 64 million, turning BKT into the most capitalized bank in the whole Albanian banking system. The year 2006 started with a new vision for BKT. With the authorization of the Bank of Albania and pursuant to the specific court decision issued on June 9, 2006, it was approved the transfer of 60% plus 2 of the BKT shares possessed by Kent Bank in favour of Calik-Seker Konsorsiyum Yatirim A.S. On September 3, BKT opened its branch in Kosova and since that time, BKT Kosova has already opened 27 branches, ranking Banka Kombëtare Tregtare as the largest Albanian bank in the region. On June 30, 2009 Çalik Financial Services buys to IFC and EBRD shares being in this way the only BKT shareholder owning 100 % of the shares. On 30th April 2018 Banka Kombëtare Tregtare Kosova Branch, changes its status from Branch of a Foreign Bank to a subsidiary Bank. Now, its banking license has changed from Banka Kombëtare Tregtare Kosova Branch, to Banka Kombëtare Tregtare Kosovë J.S.C.
Segerstrom Center for the Arts is a leading performing arts complex located in Costa Mesa, California. Established in 1986 and renamed in 2011, it spans 14 acres and is recognized as Orange County’s largest non-profit arts organization. ShareWaves Overview: We continue to build a youth sports foundation that provides positive, game-changing solutions for children in under-resourced communities. We are helping kids play the games they love. Who We Are: ShareWaves is a 501c3 public charity working to deliver high-quality sports experiences to kids in under-resourced communities. Launched almost 3 years ago, ShareWaves is targeting children from any home that experiences multi-layered barriers to sports access and are less likely to receive the support they need. Our Why? The gap between "the haves" and the "have nots" is getting wider. Without access to sports and structured play, kids miss critical benefits, including physical health, social-emotional growth, and academic development. Emergent Issue!!! COVID restrictions further limited access to organized sports and extracurricular activities causing kids to lose an entire year of life-skill development, social interactions, and academic interruptions. ShareWaves is targeting several ways to help kids recover by delivering tangible impact to children suffering and delivering programs of significance to kids in need. 5 Key Initiatives: 1. Provide micro-funding grants to assist in connecting kids to high-quality sports experiences. 2. Build #Ready2Play Training Experiences for Kids and the #Ready2Play app. 3. Create digital content that showcases the "power of sports" to transform young lives. 4. Lead the formation of a KC Youth Sports Alliance (KC-YSA) 5. Host high-energy, one-of-a-kind events that raise awareness and support our mission. Children in our city need us now more than ever as they experience an avalanche of pressure this fall returning from extended periods of social isolation, educational uncertainty, and inactivity caused by COVID. We work to develop strong impact partnerships with like-minded individuals and organizations that want help kids heal.
