Horizon Specialty Hospital of Las Vegas is a long-term acute care hospital for patients requiring extended hospitalization to meet the medical and rehabilitation needs. Independent physicians visit daily to evaluate and manage patient care and the intense services of a multi-disciplinary team of professionals. Individual goals for each patient are assessed and planned for from the 1st day of admission through the time of patient discharge, either to home or to a lower level of care.
