Northeast Iowa Community College (NICC). The University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center consists of seven health-related colleges. The campus is located in a fifteen-block area near the Oklahoma state capitol in Oklahoma City. Several of the colleges also offer programs and health care services at the OU-Tulsa campus.
