Susquehanna Health was formed in 1994 by the affiliation of the three Lycoming County hospitals—Williamsport Regional Medical Center, Divine Providence Hospital and Muncy Valley Hospital. In 2012, Susquehanna Health welcomed the facilities of Laurel Health System into the organization.
