Heart `n Home has over 160 employees and provides hospice and palliative care services to 11 counties in Idaho and Oregon. We have offices in Fruitland (Corporate Headquarters), Caldwell, Emmett, Meridian, Baker City, La Grande, La Pine, and Bend.
