The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth), primarily a graduate education university, educates the largest number of health care professionals in Texas. Foundation HealthCare is a physician-centric development and management company of ambulatory surgery centers and surgical hospitals. Founded by Thomas A.
