Rock & Brews Restaurants is a casual dining chain founded in 2012 by Paul Stanley and Gene Simmons of the band Kiss, along with restaurateur Michael Zislis and partners Dave and Dell Furano. On September 27, 2022, FedNat Insurance Company ("FNIC") was placed into receivership by the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation (OIR). The Florida Department of Financial Services (DFS) now has authority over FNICs operations; including bank accounts.
