Our founders, including the late Harold Green, were among the first homebuilders to concentrate on typical suburban communities within Toronto. They were also co-founders of the Greater Toronto Home Builders Association. In 2011, the Federation of Rental Housing Providers of Ontario recognized our founders with the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award. In the early 1950s, Greenwin began residential development in Don Mills - one of Toronto`s first suburban satellite communities. From there, we began developing multi-family properties. In the 60s and 70s, we built more than 10,000 residential units, including single-family homes, condominiums, rental apartment buildings and community housing. Today, Greenwin is one of Canada`s largest privately owned residential property management companies. Headquartered in Toronto, our company has a combined staff of 500+ employees. We professionally own and/or manage more than 1,000,000 sq.ft. of commercial space and 20,000 residential units in town homes and apartment buildings of all sizes throughout the GTA, as well as Cambridge, Guelph, Hamilton, Dundas, Kitchener, Niagara Falls, Ottawa, Oshawa, St. Catharines, Waterloo, Quebec and Saint John.
