CleanSlate Centers was founded in 2009 in response to the growing opioid epidemic facing the country. A network of outpatient addiction treatment centers, CleanSlate provides effective, award-winning medication assisted treatment and related therapies for patients who have addiction and associated disorders using the highest quality, evidence based practices. As the number of Americans suffering from opioid dependence continues to increase, access to affordable, effective care remains limited for many. Our mission is to make opioid addiction treatment accessible for all, and provide superior quality care and customer service to each and every patient. We firmly believe in grounding our treatment in research, and that medication coupled with behavioral counseling is the most effective approach to treating addiction. We’re passionate about removing the stigma from the disease of addiction and those who suffer from substance abuse disorders.
