In 2008, Galaxy Tool was purchased by Gladstone Investment Corporation, a publicly-traded (NASDAQ:GAIN) business development company, and the majority shareholder of Galaxy Tool Holding Corporation, Galaxy Technologies’ parent company. The sale has enabled Galaxy to raise additional growth capital and become a leading competitor in the marketplace. In 2011, we changed our name to Galaxy Technologies.
