Fletcher Allen Partners, anchored by Fletcher Allen Health Care, is a four hospital system across Vermont and Northern New York including more than 1,000 physicians and 2,000 nurses and other professionals brought together to better serve our communities. Working together, our goal is to deliver the highest quality care, more cost-effectively, as close to home as possible. Member hospitals include Fletcher Allen Health Care, Central Vermont Medical Center, Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital and Elizabethtown Community Hospital. The network cares for communities on both sides of Lake Champlain, from the Adirondacks to the Green Mountains and beyond. This fall, we are changing our name to The University of Vermont Health Network. Each partner hospital is also making changes to its name to reflect participation in the network. Fletcher Allen Health Care will be renamed The University of Vermont Medical Center. CVPH Medical Center will adopt the name “Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital” and use that name together with “The University of Vermont Health Network” to express the affiliation in all communications. Central Vermont Medical Center and Elizabethtown Community Hospital will also use their names with “The University of Vermont Health Network” in the same manner to express their affiliation in all communications. Each of the hospitals in our network remains deeply committed to its local community. Doctors, nurses and other health professionals who work in the network will have access to the latest medical know-how and are committed to working together to provide every patient in our network the best possible care.
