The LSTA undertakes a variety of activities to foster the development of policies and market practices designed to promote just and equitable marketplace principles and to encourage coordination with firms facilitating transactions in loans and related claims. By promulgating standard market practices and creating a better flow of information within the loan syndication and trading marketplace, we foster greater market efficiency and liquidity.
