The Stony Creek Brewery is a craft brewery established in 2010 by Manny Rodriguez and Peggy Crowley, located in Branford, Connecticut.
Brew Hub, backed by Billionaire Ron Burkle’s Yucaipa Companies, first announced plans to spend $100 million on building five contract facilities throughout the U.S. in early 2013. The company opened its first facility, a 50,000 sq. ft. brewery in Lakewood, Fla. with capacity to brew 75,000 barrels, this past September.
