Our story began in 1975 in Tucson when Bob Mueller founded Mueller and Associates from the remnants of a savings and loan owned agency named United Palomar. Bob and his group sold Mueller and Associates to Compass Bank in 2003. Compass Bank was later acquired by BBVA, a multinational bank based in Spain in 2007, and the firm continued to grow. A group of senior members of the firm acquired the agency from BBVA Compass Bank on June 1, 2010.
