Mercy Foundation is a non profit organization that works with charitable organizations to help distribute micro finance loans to poor individuals across the globe. By obtaining tax deductible charitable donations through the acquisition of underutilized real estate utilizing a Bargain Sale Transaction, Mercy Foundation helps facilitate safe, quality financial assistance to those who need it most. We believe in giving people a hand up instead of a hand out, which is why we support giving impoverished people across six continents the microloans they need to start or expand a business or go to school if needed. We assess each loan request for its potential to make a direct impact on their family and community.
