The mission of the Florida State University Foundation is to enhance the academic vision and priorities of Florida State University through its organized fundraising activities and funds management. Established in 1960, the Foundation, a nonprofit corporation, today manages an endowment of more than $470 million and has total assets exceeding $600 million (as of September 30, 2014).
