Royal Road Minerals is an exploration and development company with a firm focus on discovering new deposits with a new strategic focus on Colombia and the promising La Golondrina development project. Royal Road Minerals was founded in 2010 by the original team of Lydian International known for the discovery and development of the plus 4Moz Amulsar Gold deposit in Armenia. The Royal Road team has a history of discovery and a track record of building well-financed, successful Gold exploration companies. The team believes, from experience, that the road to returns lies in the discovery of new deposits in prospective but under explored regions. Royal Road believes in stakeholder engagement and in innovative solutions to environmental management and social stewardship, executed in every area of the business. As the mineral industry emerges from a period of reckoning into an era of reform, Royal Road understands it must compete with a variety of equally enterprising investment opportunities in a more engaged modern world.

Eagle Hill Exploration Corporation is a Canadian mineral exploration company focused on the exploration and development of the high-grade Windfall Lake Gold Deposit, located between Val-d'Or and Chibougamau in Quebec. This area is known for its gold and copper production and excellent infrastructure for exploration and mining. Eagle Hill published its third resource estimate for the Windfall Lake Gold Project in February 2014, with an estimate of 744,000 ounces at 9.75 g/t gold in the indicated category, and 731,000 ounces at 7.37 g/t gold in the inferred category. These grades make Windfall Lake one of the highest grade resource-stage gold projects in the world. High-grade mineralization has been identified in multiple zones, yet only a small portion of the 12,400 hectare property has been tested to date. Mineralization has been identified only 30 metres from surface in some areas and as deep as 870 metres in others, with significant potential to extend mineralization along strike and at depth. Many gold deposits in this region continue well below 1,000 metres depth. Eagle Hill drilled 28,232 metres during its Fall 2013 drill program. The drill program achieved its primary objectives, confirming continuity of mineralization below the non-mineralized Red Dog intrusion, confirming the extension of mineralization southwest of the Main Zone, and expanding both Zone 27 and the Mink Lens. In addition, a downhole IP survey showed additional potential below Red Dog. Additional drilling is underway, with the objective of continuing to expand the mineral resource. In August 2013, Southern Arc Minerals (25%) and Dundee Corporation (31%) invested an aggregate of $12 million to purchase a controlling interest in Eagle Hill, and are working together to advance the Windfall Lake Gold Project.
