Lenders we have worked for have said things like “we don`t want every loan”, which is NOT our policy. What that means they are willing to deny the borrower the benefit of the Reverse Mortgage because it does not meet their elite criteria. Everyone who comes to us has a specific need and want, regardless of whether they are the perfect A+ borrower or not. So our job is to make sure all those needs are met in a fast, efficient, and low cost manner.
