(Medicare also includes Clatsop, Umatilla, and Morrow counties.) FamilyCare was founded on the belief that the relationship between patient and Primary Care Provider is the foundation for creating a healthcare system that promotes caring, efficiency, and community well-being. Currently we are the only Coordinated Care Organization in the tri-county area to have successfully established primary care relationships for 100% of our members. In 2017, for the sixth consecutive year, FamilyCare employees nominated us as a Top Workplace in Oregon.
