• Facilitate provocative exchanges among senior-most marketing leaders, enabling them to challenge thinking and lead change within their organizations.
• Build sustained, trusted relationships with your personal book of clients.
• Influence CMOs` most important decisions by providing the right resources at the right time, in the context of your in-depth understanding of their businesses.
• Work in multiple industries and across marketing disciplines to build client knowledge and credibility quickly.
• Deliver in-person client experiences that inspire.
• Fuel the growth of the CMO Group peer leadership board by engaging in business development with our sales channel.
Job Requirements:
• Five to seven years of marketing and strategy consulting or related marketing leadership/product development experience.
• An appreciation of digital marketing capabilities and the fast pace in which marketing is changing and evolving.
• Formal presentation and facilitation skills.
• Experience coaching, guiding, and influencing C-suite-level business executives.
• Strong leadership skills, including a track record of increasing responsibility and career growth.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills with senior audiences across all channels.
• The ability to apply a structured approach to identifying, analyzing, and framing executive challenges.
• Fluency with key challenges and opportunities facing CMOs of major global brands.
• Impeccable process, project management, and time management skills.
• The willingness to travel up to two weeks per quarter.
• BA or BS degree with a strong academic record; an MBA or other advanced degree, or notable on-the-job experience/demonstrated industry thought leadership preferred.
