Originally founded in 1941 to serve employees of Grumman Aircraft Engineering Corporation, it has evolved through several name changes, most recently rebranding to FourLeaf in early 2025 to reflect its nationwide expansion and modernization. FourLeaf operates under a federal community charter, allowing it to serve all residents of Nassau and Suffolk counties, as well as members nationwide. The credit union focuses on community engagement and offers a range of services, including deposit accounts, lending solutions, digital banking, and financial planning. With 32 branches and access to over 30,000 surcharge-free ATMs through the CO-OP network, FourLeaf is committed to providing member-focused services.
