The United States Potato Board (USPB) is the promotion and marketing organization for the US potato industry. Positioned as the “catalyst for positive change,” the USPB is the central, organizing force in implementing programs that will increase demand for US potatoes around the world. The USPB is supported and directed solely by the 4,000 commercial potato growers operating in the United States.
