Despite an unprecedented expansion of medical- and health-related media, large gaps still remain in the coordination, management and understanding of health information and treatment regimens between healthcare professionals, patients and caregivers. These gaps can lead to poorly managed medical conditions and associated medication risks, resulting in escalating costs and lower attainment of desired health outcomes. At Adherent Health, we harness the "anywhere" power of iOS and Android mobile devices and the science of behavioral medicine to deliver more ubiquitous, more welcomed, and more understandable health communications programs that measurably deliver against our clients' clinical and business needs. Using our proprietary Brand-Customer-Channel® method for message and media planning, and Mobile Health Library, our HIPAA-compliant safe-use and outcomes support system, we help our clients measurably meet their goals through design and execution of integrated, "mobilized", and optimized health engagement campaigns. These cost-effective customer engagements leverage all relevant media and are tailored to the needs, preferences and lifestyles of patients, caregivers and healthcare professionals.
